Professional Governance Act

The final report on an independent professional reliance review is published to provide recommendations to improve the current professional reliance model, the Professional Governance Act (“PGA”). CSAP Society is mentioned in the report: “The regulation of APs in the contaminated sites regime is well thought out, and generally meets the best practices set out in Section 8 [of the report], providing that the regulation of professionals by the CSAP Society is transparent to government, professional associations, and the public.”
