Receipt of submissions
The following two conditions must be met in order for a submission to be logged and processed at CSAP Society:
- Electronic files sent via email to [email protected]
- Correct submission fees sent to 613 – 744 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC V6C 1A5
- 1 cheque payable to CSAP Society
- 1 cheque payable to Minister of Finance
- GST must be included unless your client is GST exempt.

Administrative and Detailed Screening will be conducted on all submissions. For screening procedures, please refer to the Submission Screening Guidelines.
Completion of screening and transfer of submissions to ENV
You will be notified when the submission has been sent to ENV for further review and release of the Certification Document.
Please note that the ENV has the right with cause within three months of receiving your submission to request a non-random Performance Assessment.
Selection of submissions for performance assessment
All submissions will be logged into CSAP Society’s database and assigned a reference number should the two requirements stated above be satisfied.
One in 8 submissions will be selected for a random Performance Assessment. You will be notified immediately should your submission be selected randomly. Please inform your client about the Performance Assessment.
